Vibejar

Terms of use

Vibejar is an independent publication about building software with coding agents. These terms cover the website, newsletter, and contact form.

Effective

Who we are

Vibejar is operated by John Kueh in Sydney, Australia. In these terms, “Vibejar”, “we”, and “us” refer to the website, newsletter, and related editorial services. The former Vibejar capture app is retired and is not offered for sale. More about the operator is on the about page.

The service

Vibejar publishes articles, guides, and comparisons. You may read the site, subscribe to receive new writing by email, or send a message through the contact form.

Editorial information is general information, not professional, legal, security, or financial advice. Check primary sources and test advice in your own environment before relying on it.

Access and email

The website and newsletter are currently free. Subscribing is optional, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. We may introduce paid products later under separate terms, but none is offered by these terms today.

Your content

You keep ownership of messages and other material you send. You give us permission to receive, store, and use that material to respond to you and operate the service.

Do not send confidential source code, credentials, unlawful material, or personal information you are not authorised to share.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law, probe or abuse the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, interfere with other readers, or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access if use puts the service or other people at risk.

No guarantee

Tools, prices, and capabilities change. We try to keep articles accurate and date changeable claims, but we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current. To the extent Australian law allows, Vibejar is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as Vibejar changes. The current version lives here, with the effective date above.
